Great start for Ulrich Lemmens!
Ulrich Lemmens had a great start of the season and … already his first big highlight !
1 – 10 – 12 National Zone Limoges 688km!
Preparation of the season:
The old birds where darkened again this year untill 1st of may. In the winter they raised a couple of youngsters and from the best hens 4 eggs where taken. Middle of march the pigeons where splitted and started training. With a few tosses they went to Momignies 142km.
Feeding:
Cocks and hens get full box of Galaxi Light Sport, the mix Ulrich created for Beyers.
The first two weeks they got Wonder Mix + Liver Clean Powder on the food.
The sexes are immediately split when they arrive home from a race. The first time they where together was the week of Bourges. They stayed together 3 hours, where split and fed to basket for Bourges and the other races.
From the moment small middle distance starts, Ulrich starts his shedule. For supplements he works close together with Pigeon Vitality and it’s owner Frode Brakstad.

*On Limoges the 4 pigeons got a drop on Broncho Plus in the throat when basketed.
04-06-2024 Limoges:
An amazing performance by Team Lemmens, winning 1st and 12th National Zone B2 with just 4 pigeons in the race!
His father clocked his first nominated in between on the 10th place, this is red hen is the best racer they have and comes directly from Bartosz Morel, but has the golden lines on Bettini (nestmate Leonie = Mother De Gust) in it. Looking at the arrivals and the location of Ulrich in Balen, this hen “222” did an incredible performance, beating 1800+ pigeons by almost 5 minutes.

Also with the youngsters the first good result was there, first pigeon clocked was a direct child (and only Ulrich has) from “774” 1st National Ace KBDB Sprint of Jos Adami.
Like you can see, all birds are bred together with his friends, a formula that seem to work. And a lot of fun to celebrate together.
