Team Ulrik Lejre

Team Ulrik Lejre – father Ulrik & son Frederik – are located in the biggest and strongest section of Denmark near Copenhagen. Ulrik started with pigeons as a child and learned about pigeons from his grandfather who had pigeons for more than 50 years and flew in top for decades.

Team Ulrik Lejre has been Danish Champion four times and won the championships in the section on both middledistance and longdistance many times. Also a lot of acepigeon – like in 2022 they had:
– 1., 2., 4. & 9. Acepigeon on longdistance
– 2., 3., 5., 7. & 9. Acepigeon allround
– 1. Acepigeon marathon – 5. National Acepigeon!

The main origins are old lines from Maurice Vandevelde and Janssen. In combination they have produced a lot of longdistance toppigeons – and later with success lines from G&S Verkerk and Verreckt-Ariën were introduced. Within the last decades also Van De Wegen, Delbar and of course the Goldpair!
